Welcome to the University of Western States Financial Aid Self-Service. You can: 

  • View a list of documents we've received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding 
  • View your financial aid awards 
  • Accept or Decline your financial aid offer
  • Check the status of your student loans for the current year

Log In Instructions

 

You must have a financial aid record already established at University of Western States in order to use this system. If you have not begun the financial aid application process, you can get started by completing online the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. Enter our school code, 012309, on your application and we will automatically receive a copy.


To access the online system:

First Time Users: click the "First Time User" link below the login box to create your PIN

Returning Users: Enter your Financial Aid WebID and PIN.

**Forgot your Finanical Aid Web ID and/or Passoword-Use the "Forgot Your Log In ID" and/or "Forgot Your PIN?" links to retrieve them
